The more often you do something in the same way, the more difficult it is to think about doing that in any other way.

If you want to be more creative I suggest you find ways to break away from this. If this is you and I bet it is…

Try and break that habit by disrupting you habitual thought patterns. Write a poem or short story in the middle of the night. Eat Ice Cream for breakfast (once not a habit to start). Wear orange socks. Work the weekend and not Monday Tuesday ? Any of these shifts just might get you thinking in a different way.
